Is DocuComm Easy To Use?
Honestly... Nothing could be easier to use. Once the system is properly configured for your company it is literally as easy to use as sending and retrieving an internet generated birthday card. When generating communications, your employees never have to compose a letter. All communications are pre-composed, spell checked, letters. The system knows what communication is supposed to go to whom, and when. The system will not let your employees send the wrong letter to someone. Just as important, the system will not allow you to send the correct letter to someone that shouldn't be receiving it. Your employees can add a comment to any letter by adding their own text in the comment box provided in each communication generating window. If the system does not receive a timely response from someone a communication was sent to, it will send reminder emails and, if necessary, escalation emails to supervisors until it gets an appropriate response. |
