The DocuComm system has built-in, a mechanism that tests for an employee to log in at the beginning of every work day. If an employee does not log in an email reminder is immediately sent to that employees supervisor asking them to investigate the issue. If the employee is out for the day the supervisor can assign that employee's tasks for the day to another employee. When the missing employee returns the tasks can be reassigned to that employee.
