DocuComm is actually built upon a communications database engine. What we do when customizing the system to fit your business needs is to do an analysis of your business to determine at what points you need to communicate with your customers. We determine what needs to be specifically said within each communication and program that communication to be generated at the touch of a button. Everything is worded to best represent your company to your customers and spell-checked. Furthermore, we leave an 'additional text' area for your employees to add their own comments, if needed.  If a file needs to be sent to your customer the system asks your employee to upload the file to it via its web page interface.  Once the communication is generated, an email is sent to your customer. The entire contents of the 'sent' email is recorded in the database along with the date, time and name of the person that generated it.   Please click here to read more.
